In 2018, Renée was honored for the 8th time with the prestigious Five Star Realtor® award, voted by buyers and sellers for exceptional service, and awarded to only 1.5% of the state’s agents. She is also the recipient of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club for 10+ award-winning years in real estate. To date, she has sold nearly $350 million dollars of real estate.

Keller Williams Realty, the award-winning international company with over 750 offices worldwide, became the ideal platform to foster growth.
As Operating Principal of two Hudson County Keller Williams franchises, based in Hoboken and Jersey City, NJ with over 400 agents, Renée has consistently raised the standards of real estate professionalism through a commitment to excellence and ethics.

When Renée is not pursuing her business passion for real estate, she is often enjoying live music (her former career for many years was managing international rock bands), yoga and playing tennis. Renée thrives on the urban energy of NYC, Jersey City & Hoboken, as well as the beach and the mountains. She is a book lover, a foodie, a wine lover, and enjoys travel around the world, especially with her husband Paul and kids Sean and Claire.

Formerly an elementary teacher, she enjoys educating her clients and walking them through the home buying process step-by-step. As a real estate investor herself and a property manager, Lisa’s hard work ethic and unparalleled customer service set her apart. As a Hoboken resident, you will see her out and about in the community or running her own charity with her husband.
Director of Operations
Darlene is a strategic planner and oversees operations for the Renee Condon Group. Prior to RCG, she had a very successful career within the Consumer Goods industry for 17 years as an HR Executive. She spent the last 6 years at L’Oreal, the #1 beauty company in the world, most recently as a Vice President of HR. She was most proud of coaching senior executives on how to create a highly productive work environment. Darlene brings these strategic skills to our clients and team to foster a complete concierge experience for all.
With an extensive background in customer service in both real estate and the restaurant business, Chris brings a high level of accountability, attention to detail and caring to his role. He makes it his goal to ensure every client has the best experience possible, from beginning to end. Chris understands the responsibility in the real estate process and wants to ensure this life-changing experience is a memorable one.
